School Committee Minutes, Executive Session, May 21, 2008
School Committee Chair Tom Díaz called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at Cary
Memorial Hall
Present: Tom Díaz, Helen Cohen, Margaret Coppe, Rod Cole, Ravi Sakhuja
Following the public meeting, a motion was made and seconded (Coppe, Cohen) to go
into executive session for the purpose of personnel negotiations.
Tom Díaz presented a draft of a four-year contract between Paul Ash and the School
Committee, as prepared by Tom and Paul. After discussion, the School Committee
authorized Mr. Díaz to conclude the agreement.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was moved and seconded (Coppe, Sakhuja). The
meeting adjourned at 10:45 pm.
