Present were Trustees Alan Fields and David Williams, and David G. Ely and Dennis Dwyer of SSGA. The minutes of the November 6, 2003 meeting of the Trustees were reviewed and approved. The Trustees voted to accept a new fund to be called the Robert and Edith Cataldo Family Scholarship Fund in memory of aerie Cataldo DeAngelis. It was funded with a $10,000 contribution to principal and a $2000 donation to income. Terms of the Fund are attached. The annualized yield for the Town of Lexington Investment Pool for 2003 was 2.949 %. As of 12131/03 the total market value was $4,487,459; total income was $132,286. The total return for the Town of Lexington Investment Pool for 2003 was 13.04% vs the benchmark 15.76 %. The Trustees voted to move 6% from the fixed income area to a dividend paying ETF (exchange traded fund). This will result in a 50% equity / 50% fixed income split. The annualized yield for the Westview Cemetery Fund was 3.75 %; the total portfolio performance for the Fund was 6.58% vs 7.26% for the benchmark. The annualized yield for the Munroe Cemetery Fund was 4.67 %; the total portfolio performance was 2.49% vs 2.30% for the benchmark. 2/12/2004 Page 2 of 2 The next meeting will be at 12 :15 PM on May 5, 2004 at the office of Harbor Capital, Boston.
