PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF MARCH 28, 2016
A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held at the Lexington High School, Room 148 was
called to order 5:35 p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim
Dunn, Richard Canale, and planning staff Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman present. Ms. Johnson
joined the meeting in progress.
********************** STAFF REPORTS **********************
Planning staff has been getting a wave of public comments on Article 41. Ms. Johnson and Mr.
Hornig made some minor changes to Articles 40 and 41.
***** UPCOMING MEETINGS & ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE *****
The Planning Board will be meeting Wednesday, March 30 at 6:00 p.m. Staff will update the Board
on development items that have come in and will addressed on April 20. At this time, there are
three street determinations submitted and Lincoln Street the Board will need to deliberate on. Ms.
Johnson joined the meeting in progress at 5:38p.m.
The Board will meet on April 4 at 6:00 and was invited to the Board of Selectmen (BOS) meeting
regarding Article 43 progress report. The Planning Board will meet on will be April 11 and 13 at
6:00. The April 20 meeting will be at 7:00p.m., and will try to address development administration
items and April 25 the Board will meet at 6:00 p.m. before Town Meeting. Brookhaven has to

have the final amendment to the PSDUP seven days before the meeting on April 25The Board
said that Brookhaven (Article 45) needs to come back into the Board, Article 44, Planned
Development Districts, and Article 42 Two-family homes reports need to be done.

Mr. Jerry Michelson and Mr. Richard Brown were present to discuss some gaps in Article 43. Some
modifications were made to the proposed draft motion circulated March 25, 2016 and distributed
to the Board.
The Board and Jerry Michelson and Richard Brown agreed on revisions in 3.1.6.2.b-g, 3.1.6.3, and
the removal of 3.1.6.4. The revisions will be sent to Mr. Michelson and Mr. Brown by staff to
make sure everything is agreed upon and complete before the April 4 meeting with the BOS.

On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to recommend the adoption of Article 43
as amended tonight.
