1011 -1015 Massachusetts Avenue: Rebecca Shrum, representing Nichole Yim and Joan Foley,
proposed exterior color changes in the East Village District. On a motion duly made and
seconded, the alteration was approved as proposed.

Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration to a 3 tab architectural
shingle was approved as proposed.

After much discussion a motion was made and seconded, alteration to the roofing was approved
as proposed.
Remaining scope of proposed alterations was continued to a later date.

duly made and seconded, the alteration was approved as proposed in a vote of 4 in favor and 1
against.
• It was noted that the Certificate of Appropriateness will reflect that this project approval
does not establish a precedent. Given the context of existing materials, the proposed
changes were determined to be appropriate.

Alterations were approved in previous meeting, new architect was contracted for this project. On
a motion duly made and seconded, the new alterations were approved as proposed.
