A meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 6 00 p m on Monday,November 28 2022 in the Dawes Meeting Room,
Town Office Building Gregory Johnson,Chairman,Edmund C Grant,Member and Casimir Groblewski,Member were present as well as
Robert F Lent,Director of Assessing,Carolyn Kosnoff,Finance Director and Sandra Pentedemos,Administrative Assessor

There were no vendor news and views
Mr Lent presented a detailed comparison of the LA-4 of the valuations coded land use groups(0130,3010,3040,3100,3180,and 3520 Day
Care) Mr Lent provided the explanations of the"old to new code changes"on each of the parcels listed These groupings values are part of
the Fiscal Year 2023 Tax Classification Packet,known as the Impact of Shift Factors(Exhibit D-1)chart
The Board reviewed and discussed the minimal residential factor(MRF)tax rate shift,open space discount,residential exemption and small
commercial options in preparation of the Select Board Public Meeting being held later this evening at 6 30 p m Ms Carolyn Kosnoff Director
of Finance,arnved at 8.30 p m Ms Kosnoff distributed the presentation of the Fiscal Year 2023 Tax Rate Classification Heanng Packet At
the Select Board Meeting,Ms Kosnoff will explain the Memo four options and suggest the Fiscal Year 2023 minimum residential factor(MRF)
tax rates vote later on this evening Mr Lent and the Members of Board will be present at the Select Board Meeting

There were no Fiscal Year 2023 Chapter 59 Section 59,Real Estate Abatement Applications
There were no Fiscal Year 2023 Chapter 59 Section 59,Personal Property Abatement Applications
There were no pending Appellate Tax Board actions to discuss No decisions had to be made by the Board
There were no discussions of Meeting Minutes
The Board of Assessors next Meeting will be held on December 13,2022
There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded at 7 15 p m to adjourn the Meeting
