The Commissioners believed that there was not enough appropriate detail to make a decision. Hearing continued from 2/4/2016, Commission requested more details about the porch enclosure, garage extension, and the catalogue cut sheet for garage, front door and windows. On a motion duly made and seconded, the Commission conditionally approved project -Requested that proposed wall section to be submitted administratively for final approval. Commissioner Paul Ross recused himself from this hearing Nancy Shepard was full voting member No items were approved at this hearing. The Chair stated that until a response from Town Council, no actions can be voted on formally. Documents Used: “Munroe Tavern Archive Wing,” dated 3/3/2016 INFORMAL HEARINGS 960 Massachusetts Avenue: Akram Bhuiya, proposed addition of 2 dormers to front elevation, in the Battle Green District. Commissioners told applicant a more complete set of documents, with elevations drawn to scale, ideally by a design professional, would be required to evaluate his proposal. They also expressed concern about the amount of construction proposed for the front and how it would change the character of the house. Chair proposed to nominate Commissioner Eccles and Commissioner Fenollosa as representatives. Proposed special meeting to talk about center streetscape. Date TBD. Solar guidelines: No updates Guidelines and application update : Item forwarded to future meeting. Cell Towers- Establish Task Committee: Bob Warshawer volunteered to head a task committee on the options for hiding future cell towers. East Lexington historical markers: Updated markers have been proposed, and may involve HDC input. Approval of Minutes from February 4, 2016 : On a motion duly made and seconded, the minutes of February 4, 2016 were approved as written.
