1.ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Nicholas Santosuosso at 10:00 A.M.

2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
A.Board vacancy
Leo P. McSweeney resigned from the Board. In order to fill this vacancy, the
Board must nominate an individual then present the nomination at the Board of
Selectmen meeting. The Board discussed nominating Richard Perry to fill the
vacancy. Caileen will inform the Selectmen and request to be on their next
meeting agenda.
Upon motion by Nicholas Santosuosso and seconded by Robert D. Peters, the Board
voted to nominate Richard Perry to fill the Board vacancy. The roll call vote was as
follows:

B.Updated information for Greeley Village Change Order tabled from 3/9/16
Caileen had anticipated having a corrected Change Order for this meeting. The
contractor has agreed to adjust the heat by one month. She has also been in
contact with the Director of the Department of Public Utilities. If we had been in
contact with the DPU at the time of the Eversource delay, we might have been
able to receive assistance.
Caileen has asked the contractor for a revised schedule. We are hoping to have the
units filled by 5/1/16.
C.Signature cards
The Board signed new signature cards.
D.Low bid results
The bid opening was last week. The low bid for FISH#155086 Tub Replacement
at Hill and Tewksbury Street is Best Mechanical in the amount of $16,890.00.
The low bid for FISH#155087 Exterior Repair at Forest Street is Gabrielli
Construction in the amount of $14,900.00.
The architect has done reference checks.
Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board voted
to accept the low bid of $16,890.00 from Best Mechanical for FISH# 155086. The
roll call vote was as follows:

Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board voted
to accept the low bid of $14,900.00 from Gabrielli Construction for FISH# 155087.
