On a motion duly made and seconded, the Commission conditionally approved project -Requested that proposed wall section to be submitted administratively for final approval. Commissioner Paul Ross recused himself from this hearing Nancy Shepard was full voting member No items were approved at this hearing. The Chair stated that until a response from Town Council, no actions can be voted on formally. Center Streetscape: Chair informed Commission that there is going to be Ad-Hoc Committee. Chair proposed to nominate Commissioner Eccles and Commissioner Fenollosa as representatives. Proposed special meeting to talk about center streetscape. Date TBD. Solar guidelines: No updates Guidelines and application update : Item forwarded to future meeting. Cell Towers- Establish Task Committee: Bob Warshawer volunteered to head a task committee on the options for hiding future cell towers. East Lexington historical markers: Updated markers have been proposed, and may involve HDC input. Approval of Minutes from February 4, 2016 : On a motion duly made and seconded, the minutes of February 4, 2016 were approved as written.
