1.Status of Committee report the November 2015 Special Town Meeting #1:
Mr. Parkernoted thelack of progress on negotiations to purchase 20 Pelham Road. As a result the
Committee’s published report to Town Meeting on two upcoming Articles regarding the property
willnot provide any conclusive recommendations.
The Committee adjournedat 9:45pm.
