LEXINGTON DESIGN ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Minutes of Meeting of August 6, 2014
A meeting of the Design Advisory Committee was held on August 6, 2014 at 7:30 pm in the Reed room of
the Town Office building. A quorum of six was present.
Members Present:
Tim Lee (Chair), Bruce Creager, John Frey, Bahig Kaldas, Alenka Slezak
Members Absent:
Richard Friedson, Brigitte Steines, Steve Vincent
Approvals

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with minor corrections
The meeting reviewed and acted on the following item:
430 Concord Ave-Artis Senior Living

The Design Advisory Committee enthusiastically recommended approval of this application. If further
changes are made to the plans or final installation of the project the DAC asked that the applicants notify
the DAC for review and approval prior to implementation.
