Claire Feingold Thoryn; Joe Pato; Alan Wrigley and Kim Katzenback, Executive Clerk to the Select Board. Mr. Lucente stated the remote participation meeting is being held remotely as posted with the agenda. 1) Money Available as of October 31, 2022: Principal $296,575.19 Income $8,088.49 2) Human Services Report and Request for Funds Report Mr. Lucente reviewed the memo supplied by Melissa Interess, Human Services Director which outlined the following activity for the Human Services funds dispersed for the period September 1, 2022 – November 30, 2022:  Fund for Lexington o $1,693.97 out of the Heating Assistance Pilot (Remaining balance - $1,690.15)  Human Services Emergency Fund (non COVID related) o $4,062.86 (rent assistance for 3 residents)  Lexpress subsidized passes fiscal year to date - 38 passes and 5 replacement passes for value of $8,890  Gift Cards - $400 in food cards  Covid-19 Financial Assistance (Takeda and FFL Contributions) o No disbursements made during the period of 9/1/22 – 11/30/22  Takeda Balance: $68,165.32  FFL Balance: $25,000 Request for Funds  Holiday Gift Program Upon a motion duly made and seconded, by roll call, the Fund for Lexington Board voted 6-0 to approve $2750 for the Holiday Gift Program, administered by the Human Services Department, for families in need.  Heating Assistance Fund Upon a motion duly made and seconded, by roll call, the Fund for Lexington Board voted 6-0 to approve $5,000 for the Heating Assistance Program administered by the Human Services Department. 3) Discuss Proposed Meeting Dates The Board reviewed and confirmed the following meeting dates for Fund for Lexington Board:  March 13, 2023  June 12, 2023  September 11, 2023  December 4, 2023 4) Approval of September 19, 2022 Meeting Minutes On a motion duly made and seconded, by roll call, the Fund for Lexington Board voted 5-0 with 1 abstention (A. Wrigley) to approve the September 19, 2022 Meeting Minutes.
