Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy called the April 6, 2023 Historic Districts Commission meeting to order
at 5:02pm.
FORMAL HEARING
Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the formal hearing for 4 Muzzey Street, exterior alterations
(Signage) in the Battle Green Historic District

Full plan set of proposed alteration: dated March 25, 2023
Photographs of entire face of each building elevation visible from the public way: dated March 25, 2023
List of Material: dated March 25, 2023
Work Scope Narrative: dated March 25, 2023
The applicant explained the proposed signage to 4 Muzzey Street.
The Board felt the proposed changes were appropriate.
No public comments.
Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to
4 Muzzey Street. Motion carried, all in favor.
CONTINUED HEARING
Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the continued hearing for 678 Massachusetts Avenue, exterior
changes (Exterior Renovation) in the East Village Historic District
