Ms. Hai called the meeting to order at 6:00 ..

CEC Reporting to the 2016 ATM

was objection to a change in that draft (as shown by the Tracked Changes), it was
considered as accepted by the Committee. Any objections or additional changes were
either resolved or noted to be addressed in a Draft #4 following further inputs by the
members to Mr. Kanter. During the review, Ms% 4FVSJXX`W UVJQNRNSFV\] UTWNXNTS TS JFHM NXJR
being reported was added to those that had been provided by the other members at the
5TRRNXXJJ`W RJJXNSL XMJ UVJZNTYW RTVSNSL WT the recorded preliminary positions now
represent all members of the Committee.
Member Concerns and Liaison Reports:
Mr. Kanter discussed the updated CPA Funding
Model that had been distributed prior to this meeting.
Future Meeting Dates:
The Committee confirmed that the meetings previously planned for
March 8 & 11, 2016, both at 7:30 .., should be posted. The expectation is that the
