Call to Order: Ms. Hai called this Committee's meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.; the BoS then
called itself back to order at 7:40 P.M. for the Summit, and this Committee joined the
Summit. (See the BoS Minutes of that event for this Committee's further participation in the
Summit.)
Adjourn: At the conclusion of the Summit, a Motion was made and seconded at 9:10 P.M.
to adjourn this Committee. Vote: 3 -0
