Call to Order Ms Hai called this Committee's meeting to order at 7.35 P M , the BoS then
called itself back to order at 7 40 P M for the Summit, and this Committee joined the
Summit. (See the BoS Minutes of that event for this Committee's further participation in the
Summit.)
Adjourn At the conclusion of the Summit, a Motion was made and seconded at 9 10 P M
to adjourn this Committee Vote 3-0
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting February 23, 2016
