MINUTES OF MEETING
A meeting of the Board of Registrars was held on June 6, 2022 in the Parker Room at the
Lexington Town Hall, and called to order by Chair Gordon Jones at 8:02 PM. Registrars Judith
Moore and Mark Vitunic were also present. Town Clerk, Mary de Alderete, was present.
Election Officer Appointments:
MOTION. A motion to appoint Election Officers for the years 2022-2023 was made and
seconded.
Motion to appoint Election Officers for 2022-2023 was approved by unanimous consent. The
approved list will be forwarded to the Select Board for final approval.
Discussion of Upcoming Elections:
The Town Clerk gave an update of known election processes for the September 6, 2022 State
Primary and the November 8, 2022 State Election. She noted that there had not yet been
guidance from the State regarding the possibility or times of Early Voting but would contact the
Board upon receiving information.
Approval of Minutes:
MOTION: A motion to approve the minutes from the Board of Registrars Meeting of February
15, 2022 was made and seconded.
The motion was approved by unanimous consent.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:19 PM.
