Absent: Jillian Tung, Barry Cunha
Meeting called to order 4:02 pm.
Discussions, updates:
• A discussion was conducted on “Road Show” presentations for Lex250 to civic
organizations in Lexington. (Refer to list presented by Mona Roy.) Topics
included the purpose of these presentations and the intended groups and
audiences.
• Agreed calendar of future meetings to be 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each
month. There will be a Spring community meeting on May 10 th, 2023 and a
Patriots Day stakeholders meeting in January or early February.
• Discussion of invitees/guest for future meetings.
• An update on 250th monument by Suzie Barry. There will be a report to the
Select Board on December 19th, 2022.
• A copy of the Lex250 video should be delivered to the Visitors Center . There
have been some technical challenges with the video equipment at the Center.
Steve Cole left the meeting at 4:50 pm.
Move to adjourn by Paul O'Shaughnessy at 5:08 pm, seconded by Steve Connor.
Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjuourned.
