SUMMARY:
Ted Brovitz discussed the amendments and changes to the by law after input from committee
members. The name of the bylaw was changed to the Diversified Residential Development by-
law. A new purpose was created to align with current goals and values.
MEMBER COMMENTS AMD SUMMARY:
The committee expressed interest in talking about AMI again. The committee discussed that the
topic of Mixed Use is within their scope and should not be taken out as an option at this point.
It's important to have examples of how some current projects would fit into each of these
scenarios. Some members feel as though the current definition of GFA skews numbers and
discussed different verbiage. It was decided that was out of scope of this committee and
information would be passed on to other parties.
