Participatin remotely: David Trietsch (facilitator)

Hai: sole agenda item is to work out Public Session content and format. Distributed
draft handout to inform participants and guide discussion at the session.
Trietsch: Charge to committee, goals, definitions; three guiding questions.
Committee deliberated on what should be included – whether questions regarding
balancing neighborhood goals vs Town-wide goals should be asked.
How to elicit useful answers? Solicit written comments? Anonymous comments?
How to ensure participants understand existing bylaw and goals.
Discussion regarding handouts to be prepared for session
Discussion regarding how to publicize sessions – Town PIO create uniform message
and will push to all social media, individual members of committee to send to
personal/professional networks.
