Call to Order
Mr. Lamb called this Meeting to order at 7:13 P.M. (Mr. Kanter had been present since
7:00 P.M. for any responders at the posted time; all members had been advised.)
Approval of Committee Meeting Minutes
Mr. Kanter Moved for approval of two CEC Minutes: DRAFT March 27,2023, and
DRAFT #2 March 29, 2023, with Mr. Kanter authorized to make non-significant changes—
which was Seconded. Vote: 5-0
Approval of Committee Meeting Minutes for This Meeting
Mr. Kanter presented the PENDING FINAL Minutes he had prepared for this meeting and
updated during it.
It was Moved and Seconded that the PENDING FINAL Minutes for this Meeting (with the
updates), including what will be the immediately-following time and vote to Adjourn, be
approved as presented with Mr. Kanter authorized to make non-significant changes.
Vote: 5-0
Adjourn
At 7:17 P.M., a Motion was Made and Seconded to adjourn. Vote: 5-0
This Minutes was approved by the CEC at this meeting on April 3, 2023.
