Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee (AC)
March 20, 2023
Place and Time: Robbins Room – Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Ave.;
7:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
Members Present: Glenn Parker, Chair; Sanjay Padaki, Vice-Chair; Anil Ahuja; John Bartenstein;
Alan Levine, Secretary; Eric Michelson; Sean Osborne; Carolyn Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager,
Finance (non-voting, ex officio)
Members Absent: Lily Manhua Yan
Other Attendees: None
At 7:05 p.m. Mr. Parker called the meeting to order.
Announcements and Liaison Reports
Ms. Kosnoff acknowledged Mr. Levine’s help in correcting the motion under Article 19 to include
the appropriation of $500,000 for the Special Education Stabilization Fund.
Approve the Report of the Appropriation Committee to the 2023 Annual Town Meeting
Mr. Parker thanked the committee members for their work in preparing the report, and in particular
Ms. Kosnoff for her review and corrections in the final version.
The Committee voted 7-0 to approve the report.
Mr. Parker will order printed copies of the report, and the Committee will all sign a copy to be de-
livered to the Town Clerk.
Minutes of Prior Meetings
No minutes were ready for approval.
Future Meetings
No minutes were ready for approval. There are currently 3 outstanding sets of minutes from 3/2,
3/9, and 3/16.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
