To any of the Constables of the Town of Lexington Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,you are to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington qualified to vote in
elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective voting places in said Town.
PRECINCT ONE, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING;PRECINCT TWO,BOWMAN SCHOOL,PRECINCT THREE,
LEXINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER,PRECINCT FOUR,CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING;PRECINCT FIVE, SCHOOL
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING;PRECINCT SIX,CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING;PRECINCT SEVEN,ESTABROOK
SCHOOL,PRECINCT EIGHT, SAMUEL HADLEY PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING;PRECINCT NINE,MARIA HASTINGS

From 7:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. then and there to act on the following questions submitted to the voters at large:
Question 1 Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half,so called,the
amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of design and construction for a new Maria Hastings Elementary
School,located at 7 Crosby Road in Lexington,including the payment of costs for a feasibility study,design development,demolition,
architectural and engineering services,original equipment,furnishings,landscaping,paving and other site improvements incidental or
directly related to such construction?

Question 2: Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half,so called,the
amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of design and construction for a new Lexington Children s Place
(LCP),located at 20 Pelham Road in Lexington,including the payment of costs of demolition,architectural and engineering services,
original equipment,furnishings,landscaping,paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such construction?

Question 3. Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half,so called,the
amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of design and construction for a new Headquarters Fire Station,
located at 45 Bedford Street in Lexington, and the design,addition,remodeling,reconstruction and making extraordinary repairs of a
temporary Fire Station located at 171-173 Bedford Street,including the payment of costs of demolition,architectural and engineering
services,original equipment,furnishings,landscaping,paving and other site and traffic improvements incidental or directly related to
such additions,remodeling,reconstruction,extraordinary repairs and construction?

And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant,with your doings thereon,to the Town Clerk,on or before the time of said
meeting.
