Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss.
To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington in said County, Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed to notify the inhabitants of
the Town of Lexington qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their
respective voting places in said Town,
PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL;
PRECINCT THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT FOUR,
LEXINGTON HIGH SCHOOL; PRECINCT FIVE, FISKE SCHOOL; PRECINCT SIX,
WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL;
PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; PRECINCT NINE, MARIA
HASTINGS SCHOOL,
MONDAY, THE TWENTY-SECOND DAY OF MAY, A.D., 2000
From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., then and there to vote on the following question submitted to the
voters at large:
Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to assess an additional $3,440,829 in real estate and personal
property taxes for the purposes of the Police Department,Fire Department, School Department,Public
Works Department, Planning Department, Lexpress, Library, Youth Services, Inspectional Services,
and services provided by the Town Clerk's, Selectmen's and Town Manager's Offices for the Fiscal
Year beginning July First,Two Thousand?

And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meetings as
provided in the By-Laws of the Town.
Hereof fail not and make return of this warrant with your doings thereon at the time and place of
said meeting.
Given under our hands at Lexington this 24th day of April, 2000.
