To any of the constables of the Town of Lexington in said County, Greetings: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective voting places in said Town. PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL; PRECINCT THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT FOUR, LEXINGTON HIGH SCHOOL; PRECINCT FIVE, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING; PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL; PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL, on Monday, the seventh day of December, 1998, at 7:00 a.m., then and there to act on the following question: Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds to be issued for planning, constructing, originally equipping and furnishing additions to and remodeling, reconstructing and making extraordinary repairs to Lexington High School, Clarke Middle School and Diamond Middle School? Yes No The polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meetings as provided in the By-Laws of the Town. Hereof fail not and make due return on this warrant,with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting. Given under our hands this 30th day of October, 1998. Peter D.
