To any of the constables of the Town of Lexington in said County, Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet in their respective voting places in said Town, PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL, PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL, PRECINCT THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL, PRECINCT FOUR, SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, PRECINCT FIVE, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING; PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL, PRECINCT SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL, PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING, PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL. MONDAY, THE ELEVENTH DAY OF JUNE, A.D., 1990 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., then and there to vote Yes or No on the following question submitted to the voters at large: Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to assess an additional $1,097,829 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of meeting the educational expenses of the Lexington Public Schools, the operating expenses of the Fire Department relating to the East Lexington Fire Station, the operating expenses of the Police Department relating to Lexington Center coverage and other police personnel issues, the operating expenses of the Library relating to maintaining hours of operation, the operating expenses of the Recreation Department to maintain existing services and provide weed control at the Old Res, the town's share of the operating expenses of Lexpress, and the provision of services to youth including Replace for the fiscal year beginning July first, nineteen hundred and ninety? YES_ NO The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meetings as provided in the By-Laws of the Town. Given under our hands at Lexington, this thirtieth day of April, nineteen hundred and ninety.
