To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington, in said County, Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said town who are qualified to vote in Primaries to meet in Adams School, East Lexington (Precinct One) and Cary Memorial Hall, Lexington Center, (Precinct Two, Three and Four) , on TUESDAY, THE EI,GHTEENTH DAY OF JUNE", 1940 at 8:00 o ' clock A. M. , for the following purposes: To bring in ,their votes to the Primary Officers for- the, Nomination of Candidates of Political Parties for the following offices: Governor for this Commonwealth Lieutenant' Governorfor this Commonwealth Secretary of the CeMMenwealth� for this Commonwealth Treasurer and Receiver-General for this Commonwealth Auditor of the Commonwealth for this Commonwealth Attorney General for this Commonwealth Senator in Congress for this Commonwealth Representative in Congress for 5th Congressional District Councillor for 6th Councillor District Senator for 7th Middlesex Senatorial Distric Three Representatives in General Court for 7th Middlesex Representative District District Attorney for Middlesex District Clerk of Courts for Middlesex County Register of Deeds for Southern District One County Commissioner for Middlesex County VACANCIES County Commissioner for Middlesex County The polls will be open from 8 00 A. M. to 8:00 P. M. And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days at least before the time of said meeting as provided in the By-laws of the Town. Hereof fail not and make return of this Warrant with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting. Given under our hands at Lexington, this 27th day of May, A.
