la either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, in said
County. Greeting:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,, you are
directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington,
qualified to vote in elections and in to affairs to meet
in the Towyn Hall , in said Lexington, on
TUESDAY, THE TWELFTH DAY OF DECa'MBER. A. D. , 1922 ., at
eight o' clock P. M. , then and there to act on the following
articles:
Art . 1. To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers
or of any Committee of the town for action thereon, and to
appoint other Committees .
Art . 2 . To see if the Town will vote to provide sufficient
money to care for the following Accounts for the balance of
the year: Elections and_Registrations; Highway Maintenance;
Forest 'Fires; Selectmen; Insurance ; C . F. Smith Land; Fire
Department; Interest; Town Clerk; Street Lights; Street Signs;
and Police Department, either by transfer of unexpended bal-
ances or by issue of notes or bonds or otherwise , or act in
any manner relating thereto.
Art. 3. To see if the town will vote to amend Article VII
of the building laws with respect to the construction and
repair of roofs of buildings or take any action relative
thereto.
Art. 4 . To see if the town will vote to install street lights
on Carville Avenue , Butler Avenue , Baker Avenue and Chase
Avenue, make an appropriation for same or act in any manner
relating thereto.

Art. 5 . To see if the town will vote to extend snow plow
service on Carville Avenue , Butler Avenue , Baker Avenue ,
Chase Avenue and Taft Avenue , make an appropriation for same
or act in any manner relating thereto .

Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this Warrant,
with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the
time of said meeting.
Given under our hands , at Lexington, this twenty-eighth
day of Iovember , A. D. , 1922.
