County, Greeting:
in the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are
directed to notify the inhabitants of the loswn of Lexington,
qualified to vote in elections' and in town affairs to Met in
the Town Hall in said Lexington, on

Street Improvement Loan 1921" to the Board of Selectmen and Public
Works to be expended by them for the completion of the eonetr ctioh
of Bedford Street from the end of the work done in 1921 to Hancock
Street, or any other permanent construction necessary, the same to
be done under the specifications approved by the State Department
of public Works, or act in any manner -relating thereto,

Concord Avenue from its present end near the premises of Clarence H.
Cutler, a distance of approximately 325 feet, to supply service to
the house of Thomas Baylis . and appropriate money for the same by
the issuance of bonds. notes. direct appropriation. transfer or by
any or all of such methods. or to to any other action relative
thereto.
