THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS MTDDLESEX, SS .
To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, Greeting:
In the name of the Cozumonwealth you are hereby required. to
notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington. who are
qualified to vote in Elections to meet in the Town. Hall , in said.
Lexington on TUESDAY TEE SECOND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1920, at six
o ' clock A. M. , to cast their ballots for the following officers :
PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS, GOVERNOR; LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR, SECRETARY;
TREASURER; AUDITOR, ATTORNEY-GENERAL; CONGRESSMAN; COUNCILLOR;
SENATOR; REPRESENTATIVE IN GENERAL COURT ; OOUNTY COMMISSIONERS ,
SHERIFF.
Also to bring in their votes on the following questions:
1 . Acceptance of act entitled "An Act to regulate the manu-
facture and sale of beer , cider and light wines ."
2 . Acceptance of Chap . 166 , Acts of 1920 , entitled, "An Act
to provide for one day off in every eight days for certain
police officers . "
The polls will be opened immediately after the organization
of the meeting and will remain open until four o' clock , P . M, , and
e
as much longer as the meeting may direct , but not later than the
hour prescribed by law.
Hereof , fail not , and make due return of this `Tarrant, with
your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of
said meeting.
