County, Greeting:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed
to notify the inhabitants of the town of Lexington, qualified to vote
in elections and in town affairs, to meet in the Town Hall, in said
Lexington, on
TUESDAY, THE THIRTY-PIRST DAY GP AUGUST, A. D „ 1920,
at seven forty-five P, MBs then E and there to act on the following articles ,
Art, 1. To receive the report of any Board of Town )Officers or of any
Committee of the Town for action thereon, and to appoint other 6omari i.':e 's,
Art, 2, To see if the Town rill vote to transfer the sum of ,v-000 from the
lenera1 Revenue and Surplus Account to the Highway Amount for the purpose
of increasing the pay of the Highway Employees.
Art, 3a To see if the To-:n will sake an appropriation to be expended by
the forth Lexington School Building Committee in the completion of the
Earth Lexington School ; to provide the raising of such funds by current
assessment, by isse.ance of bonds or notes of the Torn, or by any one or
more of such means and to take any other or further action relating thereto.
Art, 4,s To see if the Tama will authorize the Park Commissioners to
acquire by purchase or otherwise for park purposes the following described
parcels of land:
Parcel 1 , A certain parcel of land situated in East Lexington on the

raised or take any action thereon.
Art, 5, To see if the Town will make an appropriation to be expended by
the Assessors in. printing:.a list, of valuations in compliance with the
vote of the lawn passed March 22, 1920, to provide the raising of such
funds by current assessment, by issuance of bonds or notes of the town or
by any one or more of such means or to take any other or further action
relating thereto.
Art, 6, To see if the Town will authorize the selectmen to enter into
a contract with the Department of Public Vorks, Division of Highways, for
the construction of any State highway which may be laid out in this town
during the present year, or take any action relating thereto . "
