In the name of the Commonwealth you are hereby required to
notify and warn the inhabitants of said town who are qualified to
vote in Primaries to meet in the Town Hall in said Lexington on
TUESDAY, THE TWENTY-THIRD DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1919 ,
at 2 o' clock P. M. , for the following purposes
