Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 5:11
Needs Assessment: Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the Needs Assessment Report,
copies of which are available online. Ms. Fenollosa noted that a public hearing is required by
Section 5 (b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine "the needs, possibilities and
resources of the city or town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources,
notice of which shall be posted publicly and published for each of two weeks preceding a
hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or town". Ms. Fenollosa stated that the
meeting had been advertised in the Lexington Minuteman on December 1st and December 81h
There being no public comments or questions, the public hearing was subsequently closed. Ms.
Fenollosa requested a motion to accept the report and place it on the CPC website. After a
motion was duly made and seconded the Committee conducted a roll call vote (8-0) to approve
the report and place it on the CPC website.
Other Business: There being no other business, a motion to adjourn was duly made, seconded
and approved by unanimous roll call vote. The Public Meeting was adjourned at 5:17.
