To any of the Constables of the Town of Lexington, in said County,
Greeting:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed to notify
the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington qualified to vote in elections and
in Town affairs to meet in Cary Memorial Hall, in said Town on Monday, the
second day of February, 1987, at 8:00 P.M. , at which time and place the
following articles are to be acted upon and determined exclusively by the
Town MeeLing Members in accordance with Chapter 215 of the Acts of 1929, as
amended, and subject to the referendum provided for by Section eight of said
Chapter, as amended.

CFFICERS, CCMMITTEES
To receive the reports of any Rnard or Town Officer or of any Committee of
the Town.
ARTICLE 2 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
REFUSE COLIECTICN AND DISPOSAL
To see if the Town will make a supplementary appropriation to Account Number
5800, to be used in conjunction with money appropriated under Article 4 of
the warrant for the 1986 Annual Town Meeting, for refuse collection and
disposal and determine whether the money shall be provided by transfer from
available funds; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.

And you are directed to serve this warrant fourteen days at least before the
time of said meeting as provided in the By-Laws of the Town.
Hereof fail not, and make due return on this warrant, with your doings thereon,
to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting.
Given under our hands at Lexington this eighth 9ay of January, A. D. 1987.

Middlesex, ss: Town of Lexington January /& 1987
I , this day notified the voters of Lexington of the coming Special
Town Meeting to be held on the second day of February, 1987. I notified
10,101 inhabitants of the Town of Lexington qualified to vote in elec-
tions by mailing them a true attested copy of the Warrant on January
1987, /7 days before the time of said meeting.
I have also posted a true and attested copy of this Warrant for the
Special Town Meeting in the following public places, plus one at the Town
Office Building:
1 . Precinct #1 East Lexington Library
2. Precinct #2 East Lexington Fire Station
3. Precinct #3 Jonas Clarke Middle School
4. Precinct #4 Senior High School
5. Precinct #5 Cary Memorial Building
6. Precinct #6 William Diamond Junior High School
7. Precinct #7 Estabrook School
8. Precinct #8 Fire Headquarters
9. Precinct #9 Maria Hastings School

TO THE TOWN CLERK:
I have served the foregoing warrant by posting a printed
copy thereof in the Town Office Building and in a public place
in each of the precincts of the Town and also by sending by
mail , postage prepaid, a printed copy of such warrant addressed
to each dwelling house and to each dwelling unit in multiple
dwelling houses, apartment buildings, or other buildings in the
Town P7' days before the time of said meeting.
