1. Treasurer’s Report-
Omar -Here is our financial position - $21308 is balance.
We still do not show up on the Massachusetts Attorney General’s list of Public Charities, even
though I applied back in August.
As a matter of fact, they have not even cashed our check yet. So I need to call to find out what
is going on.I did file our Annual Report with the Mass. Sec’y of State. Lots of to-do’s on my list.
2. Safety and Courtesy signage update-
Peggy - 14 Main messages - have found a designer for this. Next meeting, we can show drafts -
Caution Signs, Speed Signs.
After 3 years, some progress. Looking for funding - maybe Town, maybe TSG, maybe Friends.
For 5.5 miles - how many signs needed - People don’t like too many signs (2 signs a mile).
Bedford and Arlington were interested in the designs.
3. Winter Plowing -
Need 5K to 8K this year. So, we are good. Should we also plow Lower Vine Brook
path? Will ask the same Minuteman contractor.
4. Light the night redux
Pretty Successful, but cold.
5. Friends potluck-
December - Dinner event - 8th December 6:30pm, Location-Ram’s house

1. Approve October 13, 2022 Meeting Minutes
Jim - Ask to Approve, Seconded by a few. Approved.
2. Commission on Disability Committee Chair Victoria Buckley/ Janet Perry
Victoria - Universally Accessible Paths Willard's Woods - ADA definition of Walkway
- no more than 5% slope, 10 feet wide-
None of them feel comfortable on the Bikepath, especially Visually impaired. Is it
safe for Bikes AND pedestrians.
In that context, Peggy suggested signage to help.Peggy - Updates on Signages.
Also, Teaching at Schools. Susan - K12 - Teachers can get trained. PTO Signages.
ADA - Hlll Street/Revere Street.
Stone Dust on the side?
Signages can be placed - expand the signage project
Peggy, Mike T. and signage team can work on that
No Biking on Sidewalk - Trial going on. John Livsey wants to make it permanent

5. Safe Bike Routes to LHS; Worthen Rd Bike Lane Pilot Update
Mike O’ Connor- Assembling meetings.
Ross - suggests to go to principal, go to school committee
Susan - Talking to Principal - Nov 16th Zoom - Mike O/Dave can’t join the meeting.
Plastic barriers, Temp tape lane. 1 side 10 feet wide. All of Bike Month? Susan to
talk to Jim. Ross to provide maps.
Arnav - To get info and report to Susan (who talks to Principal)
