Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee’s remote meeting to order at 7:03 P.M., with
6 members reporting as present by a roll call and this Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 8:45 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 6–0
