In general, in the process of inserting a pdf into a PowerPoint, changes that have been
made by drawing on a pdf are lost. For 22 Wheeler, when the original plot plan pdf was
inserted into this PowerPoint, the drawing was lost making apparent that the original plot
plan was doctored by hiding certain trees or changing their size after its creation.

Some stumps on the property seem to be in the same place as on the plan --others not,
and some stumps do not correspond to the plan at all.
More importantly, notice the difference between the initial 9/22/2022 submission and
the 10/12/2022 version. In the initial submission the DBH of large trees have been
truncated (e.g. 50"-> 5").
Note that the version submitted on 10/12/2022 has a field survey date of 10/11/2022
which was after the trees were removed. Did the surveyor know the correct values of
the tree diameters before the first survey was created? This raises the question of
complicity of the surveyor.
