MEETING
Room G-15 January 12, 1976
Lexington Town Office Building 7: 30 P.M.
Voting Members Present: Chairman, Elizabeth Reinhardt, Anne Grady, Donna
Brown. Mr. Richard Morehouse and Mr. Themas Taylor
absent,
Public Participants: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:37 P.M. A letter was read
from the Lexington Board of Selectmen, asking us to designate a representative GROWTH
to the Growth Policy Committee. Mrs. Reinhardt volunteered and it was so COMMITTEE
voted.
Mrs. Reinhardt informed the commission that Joan Esch of Thoreau Street,
Concord, Mass. has volunteered to assist us with National Register App- NEW
lications and the Inventory. VOLUNTEER
The following requests to purchase were made:
To the Ipswich Historical Society for their report on easement agreements
(Something to Preserve) PURCHASE

For 7 8X10's Photographs (for National Register Nominations)

These amounts complete the photographic areas C & D and begins Area B
(60 altogether)
Those applications forthcoming will purchase their own pictures. The
Theatre Camera has agreed to bill these parties directly.
A letter was read from the National Trust (attached) It was voted to send NATIONAL
for the Kit. No targe. TRUST LPTTER
Rita Grenier in the Town Office is doing the typing of our inventory sheets.

The February meeting will be on the 9th. It was voted to have a local
Grants Clinic and invite Mr. Steve Snell from the Mass. Historical LOCAL

Commission and menbers from the Historical Commissions in Arlington, GRANTS
Belmont and Woburn to attend. Mrs. Reinhardt will contact. CLINIC
Information was recieved on current Litigation from the Preservation
Press. Donna Brown will send around to Mr. Morehouse and Mr. Taylor Litigation
for their information. When returned will be included in the file. NEWS
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
