Agenda
1. Call to Order – HPB Subcommittee on Land Acquisition Proposal
The meeting was called to order by Betsey Weiss at 7:01 pm.
Minutes were taken by Betsey Weiss.
2. Review of Land Acquisition Policy Draft Proposal
The entirety of the meeting was spent in a review of the draft policy proposal. Substantial
improvements were made. Betsey Weiss presented a table to show Town Land Acquisitions
and their Uses from 2009 – 2020 which was reviewed. Harriet Cohen will make formatting
changes. The subcommittee also went over Ms. Kowalski’s input and made changes to the policy
draft.
3. Minutes were voted and approved- June 7th minutes were approved. Harriet Cohen moved the
minutes and Bob Pressman seconded the minutes. All in favor.
4. Set Next Meeting
Ms. Weiss will coordinate among the subcommittee members for the next meeting.
5. Adjourn Meeting
Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Foutter seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
