Business
Linda convened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. and read the Town notice regarding the
conduct of public virtual meetings. The purpose of this meeting was to approve
the Chair’s committee report on the LexSeeHer proposed memorial for submission
to the Select Board. Committee members had previously sent individual comments
to the Chair for inclusion in the report.
Upon motion moved and seconded, and by roll call vote of 6-0, the report was
approved unanimously for forwarding to the Select Board.
Upon motion moved and seconded, and by roll call vote of 6-0, the report of a
Zoom meeting initiated by Select Board Chair Jill Hai between Chair Linda Dixon
and former LexSeeHer board member, Veronique Helanon, was approved
unanimously for forwarding to the Select Board.
Following a roll call vote, moved and seconded, the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
