Minutes of Meeting of July 13, 2022
A meeting of the Design Advisory Committee (DAC) was held remotely via ZOOM on July 13, 2022 at
7:30 pm.
Members Present: Tim Lee, Sudir Murthy, Christian Delahuerta, Chris Johns, Steve Vincent
Members Absent: Dr. Elsie Xu, Ian Adamson, Caroline Fitzgerald
Approvals: 6.8.22 meeting minutes
The Committee reviewed and acted on the following item(s):
1. 10 Maguire Road – sign application
The Committee reviewed the proposed monument sign and overall sign package for the property and had
the following comments and suggestions:
Generally, the Committee felt the monument sign was acceptable as presented but did have a few
suggestions and comments
Monument Sign
a. An installation detail drawing stamped by an engineer for the sign base should be provided as part of the package
for a permit
b. There shall be no internal illumination of this sign, exterior illumination can be added but will require review by
the Design Advisory Committee
c. There should be a panel to cover any exposed sharp edges on the short sides
All Signs
d. Committee commented that overall it was a nice cohesive design
Applicant to confirm that all signs will be maintained regularly primarily for public safety
e. base of tenant sign should be a painted panel
