Minutes of Meeting of February 9, 2022
A meeting of the Design Advisory Committee (DAC) was held remotely via ZOOM on February 9, 2022 at 7:30
pm.
Members Present: Tim Lee, Sudir Murthy, Christian Delahuerta, Ian Adamson
Members Absent: Steve Vincent, Caroline Fitzgerald, Chris Johns
Approvals: none
The Committee reviewed and acted on the following item(s):
1. 313 Marrett Road – Wireless installation
The Committee reviewed the revised photo simulations, proposed detail changes and product information provided
for the wireless antenna and enclosure installation and approves the application with the following comments and
recommendations.
a. The detail adding the band or corbel near the top of the enclosure per the detail drawn by the DAC is the approved
solution.
b. The simulated brick sample was generally approved but the Committee. The Committee stressed again matching
color, size of the existing brick and joints as much as possible.
c. The panels will be mounted with galvanized through panel fasteners and the heads will be exposed on the outside
surface and painted to match the brick and joints so they blend in.
