Members/Liaisons Present: Tim Lee, Caroline Fitzgerald, Sudir Murthy, Christian Delahuerta, Ian Adamson, Chris Johns Members/Liaisons Absent: Steve Vincent Approvals: Meeting minutes from 11.17.21 meeting The Committee reviewed and acted on the following item(s): 1. 313 Marrett Road – Wireless installation The Committee reviewed the proposed wireless antenna and enclosure installation presented and had the following comments and recommendations. a. Modify the design of the proposed enclosure to make it look more like a chimney as proposed. Add a band or corbel near the top of the enclosure or add an additional piece of material extending above the enclosure to simulate a flu liner. Applicant will provide a detail and revised photo simulations showing the two alternatives. b. Provide a sample and specification data for the proposed faux brick material to be used for the skin of the enclosure. Applicant will provide material sample for members to review. c. Committee recommended the brick and joints closely resemble the existing brick in size and color. Applicant stated they will do their best to comply and that the product does offer color matching. d. Clarify the enclosure panel mounting detail especially at the corners as it is unclear in the documents presented. Applicant will clarify this information. The Committee requested the applicant return for another review once information provided for Committee review. Exhibits presented at our meeting: 1.
