Minutes of Meeting of January 13, 2021
A meeting of the Design Advisory Committee (DAC) was held remotely via ZOOM on January 13, 2021 at 7:30 pm.
Members/Liaisons Present: Tim Lee, Caroline Fitzgerald, Brigitte Steines, Steve Vincent, Ian Adamson, Chris Johns
Members/Liaisons Absent: Uma Ramanathan, Suzie Barry (SB liaison), Bob Creech (PB Liaison)
Approvals: Meeting minutes from 12.08.20 meeting
The Committee reviewed and acted on the following item(s):
1. 7 Hartwell Ave. – ZBA Sign Application, third review for monument sign only
The Committee reviewed the revised sign proposal and had the following comments and recommendations:
Monument Sign: (to match approved wall sign)
The Committee reviewed the revised design proposal and recommend approval of this design with the following comments and
recommendations.
1. Fold metal panels on all sides to hide the granite
2. Paint granite white to match sign panel
3. Sign colors should match approved wall sign

Two Sheets -
1. Sheet one - Approved design for the wall mounted illuminated sign
2. Sheet two - Proposed design changes to the existing monument sign to match approved wall sign
