Description: To provide an organization, name and charge for a committee which will provide
human rights leadership for Lexington in a manner that respects the commitment to an open
meeting process, allies itself with similar statewide organizations and promotes the
confidentiality necessary to respond to emergencies.
Criteria for Membership: Experience in delivering human right services, organizational skills
Ref.: Adopted charge on October 17, 2007. Voted to designate members as Special Municipal
Employees on October 17, 2007.
