Please make corrects if needed. Sue Ellen Minutes of Meeting of Community Focus Group May 17, 2005 Gail stopped in at the beginning of the meeting to say she would have a large map of Lexington that includes base line data. She will contact Stephanie about how to get the map and hopefully have it mounted on foam board. She contacted the sidewalk inventory group and they would like to us to have a suggestion box where people can enter the places that need improvement. Olga has a suggestion box that could be used. 3x5 index cards, clipboards and pens will be available for suggestions. Stephanie agreed to set up the booth at Discovery Day, Saturday May 28. Stephanie will confirm if we need to bring a table and if there is room for us to park a van for displaying the map or survey results. Lucy and Tracey will summarize the school survey data for display there. They will work with Stephanie on presentation and make sure she has all the materials for Discovery Day. Print outs from the webpage will also be displayed. Sue Ellen will email the complete sidewalk committee for help staffing the booth from 10AM-3PM. Steve will continue working on the article or guest commentary for the Lexington Minuteman. Everyone should also be contacting community groups to present to and get information.
