Minutes for December 11, 2002
Present: Marshall Derby, David Eagle, Donald Wilson, Martha Wood,
Catherine Abbott, William Hays, and William Kennedy
The minutes were approved as corrected----Martha was at November meeting.
Treasurer's report was approved as read. The Medford Cooperative CD is
coming due. It was decided to move the proceeds to Charles Schwab in a
Government guaranteed money market for under five years.
Franklin School--Marshall, Patricia Nelson are meeting with Community
Builders tomorrow. The Town council has reviewed the documents to present
them to the Selectmen.
Kathadin Woods--There is no plan to convert them to condos in the near future.
We have an option to purchase 26 units when converted.
We have signed the lease for the new office at 4 Militia Drive, Suite 3.
Edna Street--The cellar floor has been poured. they hope to get plywood on
the roof. All underground work is finished. NStar is ready for temporary
service.
Muzzey unit 116--about 20 people showed up for the Open House. Bill Kennedy
pulled the numbers out of a box for the future buyer. The first number :pulled
was #5 which was Sally Springer--Kotelnikov. The second was #6, Phyllis Cook.
The winner will be notified and required to sign a purchase and sales agreement
within two weeks.
