Minutes for December 11, 20D2
Present: Marshall Derby, David Fagle, Donald Wilson, Martha Wood,
Catherine Abbott, William Hays, and William Kennedy
The minutes were approved as corrected---Martha was at November meeting.
Treasurer's report was approved as read. The Medford Cooperative CD is
coming due, It was decided to move the proceeds to Charles Schwab in a
Government guaranteed,. money market fox under five years,
Franklin Schoo~,~--Marshall, Patricia Nelson are meeting with Community
Builders tomorrow. The Town council has reviewed the documents to present
them to the Selectmen.
~athadin Woods--There is no plan ;to convert them to condos. in the near future.
We have an option to purchase 26 units. when converted.
We have signed the lease for .the new office at 4 Militia Drive, Suite 3.
