LEXINGTON HOUSING ASSISTANCE BOARD, INC. 123 MASSACHUSETTS AVE LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02173 863-5362 Minutes for November 13, 2002 Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William Hays, Gerald Howell Cathy Abbott \--,--ry--t \_--- The minutes were approved as corrected; The Board agrees to purchase a second unit at Johnson's Farm. The Met. State Task Force is meeting on November 21 for Town input. The Treasurer's report is approved as read. Edna Street base roadway is constructed and will be blacktoped next week. The walls of the first floor are up. Marshall received a call from Bob Ludwig about purchasing a house on Lowell Street, but the cost is probably too high. The Muzzey open house will be Sunday. The envelopes received from interested parties will be numbered, Joan will make seperate numbers for someone to pick at our meeting. There was a discussion about the 40B affordable housing development. we will have an option to buy three over a period of time. There has been a discussion about developing 120 Bedford Street for a Senior Center. Marshall asked that we be considered for an office in that building. Respectfully submitted, Joan M. Wall
