Minutes for November 13, 2ooZ
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William days, Gerald Howell

The minutes were approved as corrected; The Board agrees to purchase a
second unit at Johnson's Farm. The Met. State Task Force is meeting on
November ~1 for Town imput.
The Treasurer's report is approved as read.
Fdna Street base roadway is constructed and will be blacktoped next week.
The walls of the first floor are up.
Marshall received a call from Bob Ludwig about purchasing a house on Lowell
Street, but the cast is probably too high.
The Muzzey open house well be Sunday. The envelopes received from interested
parties will be numbered, Joan wi11 make seperate numbers for someone to
pic?~ at o~.r meeting.
There was a discussion about the 4oB affordable housing development. C-~e
will have an option to buy three over a period of time.
There has been a discussion about developing 12D Bedford Street for a Senior
Center. Marshall asked that we be considered for an office in that building.
