Present: Marshall Derby, David Eagle, Donald Wilson, William Hays

The minutes were approved as read,
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read. A CD is due on Cctaber 1$,
which may be moved to MMDT or and interest bearing account. The list rents
have been increased 3% over last year,
Edna Street The plans have been sent to Verizon. David talked to Peter Chapin
and he,approved seperate water lines to each house and the same on underground
electrzclty. The necessary trees have been removed and we will replace the
fence for M?M C, Brien.
The next r~eeting will be held on October 9, at ?:3C p.m.
