Present: David Eagle ~~arshall Derby, ~~illiam Mays, and Donald ~~ilson
Marshall reported that Nancy Cannalonga asked not to be reappointed to the
:ward. It was suggested that Cathy Abbott be asked to join us.
The minutes were accepted as read,
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read
Edna Street The trees were being removed. Mr. McLaug~llin will pay for
half the road to be paved.
?~~arshall met with the Selectmen to discuss the sale of the Muzzey unit,
It was approved to offer it first to the tenants, then toTawn employees,
There will be a lottery if mare than one apply.
Fra~.~lin School .Marshall met with Community 3uilders. MHFA wants them to
refinance the SNARP loan. There would be 1D units for low Income, Z3 at
10D~ of AMI and 5 full market. we will discuss it further next month.
