Minutes for May 8, 2002
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, David Eagle, Martha Wood, William Hays,
Nancy Cannalonga, and Gerald Howell
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read. The Board authorized the Chairman
and Treasurer to open and investment account at Charles Schwab for the purpose
of investing in CD's or Government agency instruments.
Edna Street is in progress.
Pat Nelson met with the Muzzey trustees and their lawyer and they came to an
agreement that we can keep the one bedroom last purchased as long as we sell
a two bedroom within the year. If another one bedroom becomes available, we
may buy it as long as we sell another two bedroom within a year.
Dave is talking with Steve Hurley about the stairs to be added to Woodland
Road. The lease will be sent To TILL. We will have the property mowed and
cleaned up before they move in.
There are four new parking spaces in the front of the Garfield building for
extra parking.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 12 at 7:30 p.m.
