Minutes for June 17, X002
Present: Donald Wilson, William Mays, David Eagle, ~~artha wood,
Nancy Cannalonga and Gerald Howell
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read.

~~u~zey High The Trustees have signed the agreement on the ownership of our
new single bedroom unit. Also, all ten first units bought by the Town are
restricted. There was a discussion about how to handle the sale of the two
bedroom unit in the next year. Suggestions; handle advertisement the same
as a rental, lottery, list restrictions, treat like routine rental and hold
to our standards, people should be prequalified. There will be further
discussion,
